Self Confidence

It is not an uncommon opinion that we are either born confident or shy. However, most of us can relate to experiencing moments of high confidence and moments of low confidence and also that our ideas about our own confidence may go up and down throughout our lives. Self confidence and self belief can be achieved by all of us, it's just that sometimes we have trouble doing so.
